Check-in from 15 h 00 - Check out up to 11 h GPS : I stayed at Adagio while I was in Orleans for work. The hotel fit my needs well: easy check-in and check-out, within walking distance from both my work and the city centre, and clean. I had checked in around pm by the time I saw my room and came back down to the front desk there was nobody there.
Very disappointing after having not been together for a while. There was only one towel in the room even though I clearly reserved for 2 people! When I mentioned there was no one at front desk around pm he told me I should have called the emergency. I stayed almost 3 Months, and I do recommend for long stay or short stays, great stuff, affordable prices, you need to ask if you will stay long, they helped me with everything related to my stay in france, for me it wasn't only a good hotel to stay also friends Ahmed, Lucas, Isabelle the hotel manager, all of them were very helpful and I am very thankful and grateful for their effort and support for a pleasant stay in orleans.
Well located for city centre not far from motorway. John C. Stayed in this sort hotel many times friendly manager always willing to help chat and smile very welcoming. He also was very quick to phone us and say we had left a bag in our room on departure.
But still comfortable clean and safe. Eating area too small, no space between table and bed. Toilet was not properly fixed to floor and shower curtain and rail was not stable. Television was complicated to work, had to call reception. However, location very good, staff very friendly and helpful.
As most ApartHotels, good value for money even with the faults. Monika P. This aparthotel is well run, clean and very good value for money. A good location for the town centre, a ten minute walk away. Pet friendly. Nina D. Room was small. Shower curtain was dirty and there was a smell in the room. Looks like the room as not been clean properly before occupancy.
I have stayed in their hotel twice but this past experience was not so good as usual. Apartment was clean enough, kitchen facilities handy for night stop over but not to stay any longer. Down side was apartment above very noisy until 2am!!! On arrival our rooms were not ready. This was not a problem as the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Could not have done more for us. Our rooms were very clean and spacious however the bathroom did have an unpleasant smell of urine even though it looked spotless.
Our biggest upset was at breakfast the next morning. We had pre booked but the, grumpy looking, waitress stopped us in our tracks as we attempted to walk in and checked with the booking staff. This made us uncomfortable straight away as there were sharp exchanges between her and the check in desk. She made it very obvious that she was not happy with our arrival. Two couples with two children each. Aged We separated the children to minimise the noise. She made it obvious to us that she was not happy we were there, even raising her eyebrows to another couple. Food was not replenished and we were almost embarrassed to make ourselves a coffee as the machine was so loud.
It felt like we were adding to her annoyance. She is clearly not a morning person and should not be on breakfast duty. Below this I have to choose stars for service. I would like to put 5 for our evening staff on 31st August but 1 for our breakfast waitress on the 1st September!!! Excellent hotelbut blink and you will miss the entrancebrill sat nav found it for me. I have a camper which is 2mtrs tall the secure carpark is !!
So wouldn't fit but excellent staff allowed me to park it out the front, tram to town directly out the rear door! Brilliant location. The hotel gives the impression of being a former office or some such building. The room I had was vast but was not at all welcoming. The only furniture in the huge space was two beds, a tiny square table, two dining chairs, a small unit with a tiny tv on, a couple of fitted wardrobes and the kitchen unit. It was described as an apartment. When I firstly walked in, the room looked empty as the beds were tucked away around the corner and nothing could be seen but a huge empty space - it was quite unwelcoming.
Bed was comfortable and the room reasonably clean but incredibly tired. I opted for breakfast and this again was a disappointment. There was no choice and I had been warned not to attempt the coffee. I will no choose to return to the hotel. We have stayed here once before, we then were given a large corner 1 bed apartment with a double pull out sofa bed. The location for us, heading south, was fine so we booked again. The apartment this time was very small so that once the pull out bed was in position, you couldn't get past it.
Added to which the base of the bed was broken so we spent a very uncomfortable night in a hole in the middies of the bed. I remonstrated next morning with Reception, she said we should have called the emergency and they would have given us a new apartment - this was 10pm on a Sunday.
So it was my fault after a L. Finally the apartment had place settings for 8 but a table with chairs for 2. In all, A shambles!! There was a feeling of home within the hotel's environment. The staff are nice, rooms I stayed in were spacious The kitchen was a new experience for me as par hotels I would definitely be staying at the hotel when next I visit Orleans.
About 1 kilometer from city center. Comfortable apartment with all you need for a long weekend. We went to Orleans to visit the Loire castles and found that it's not the ideal city to start from as it's a bit far from some of them. Blois would have been a better choice. Anyway, we had a great weekend trip at this hotel.
Location good as close to city and on tram line. In an old area that looks like it is in the process of being renovated but not there yet. Building needs a little maintenance - rooms looked tired and curtains and bedcovers needed cleaning. In partnership with TripAdvisor. Book this hotel. Special rates. Accor Live Limitless.
